I would not doubt if it is on purpose.
Back at my aunt's old house, she let me live in the shed after my mother threw me out (yes, my mother threw me out of my aunt's house, for being gay). I had to wait a while, sleep on couches, go through a bunch of violence directed at me in small town NC for being gay, then when things go quiet, my aunt said I could stay in the shed behind her house but to not let my mother ever see or hear me.
Anyhow, while I was out there, I had to move a huge toolbox on wheels to make a soft spot to sleep. Mice had chewed most of the Army training book I found, but enough of it was intact to still read. It was about Psy-Ops. They will play certain music during certain administrations and infiltrate media to frame the debate and do all kinds of other types of psy-ops on local populations to win wars, whether they are physical wars or just wars for who controls the group think of the local populace. Turns out, a lot of the tactics they mentioned in that book are tactics I have seen used on Americans, since then, right down to have Fox Noise playing on every TV in every public place in America and new news anchors magically showing up with each new administration.
You can usually tell who is going to be the next president if you pay attention just enough to new faces showing up (or old faces returning) to MSM. If you start seeing new ones who frame everything pro-Republican, the Republican is going to "win" the election. If you see returning faces, that you know are conservative, a Republican is going to "win" the election. If you see familiar faces from past Democratic elections or new ones who are more along the lines of how Democrats think, a Democrat is going to "win" the election. We, the people, we, the voters, have probably never actually changed the outcome in any election, in reality. It's all chosen for us. What that president is going to do is chosen for us too. It's not some shadow government or whatever they claim. It's nothing like that. It's corporations, i.e. those with money and influence that decide everything. The rest is smoke and mirrors to keep us under control and making them more money while they see how little we can live with and still survive and make them the most possible money.
I wouldn't put it past them to be playing that song on purpose as a subliminal message. After reading some of the tactics in that book, I would not put anything past our government.
