If you're talking about COVID 19, he's promising them way earlier than it is possible to deliver them (weeks/months).

They are taking shortcuts that will not necessarily result in a safe and effective virus. New vaccines generally take years to develop and manufacture enough for the general market. They are talking about shrinking that to perhaps as short as a year - significantly shorter than is typical.

Are stalling on another direct payment to the people too now. They want more directly to trumps buddies instead of the people. Then he can demand they give him his kickbacks for getting more .

He's slowing down tests and the task force is toothless. (It was when it existed and now moreso.)
