Thank you for posting this. I probably read it at the time but totally had forgotten about it. Joe Biden is an honorable, decent and kind man. We all should be appreciative of those qualities. He gets an A+ in my book. DJT gets an F- or E- or no score at all. He is a worthless piece of humanity.

35. I hadn't either and was skeptical at first because stuff can be faked so easily these days.

I noticed that it said that he'd celebrated his 35th birthday the day before, so I looked up his birthday then went to newspapers.com to see if there were any Delaware papers and if there was an issue for November 21. There was and it was on page 3. What impressed me most was that after all that, Biden was concerned about the victim and made sure she was okay. He's always been such a compassionate man.
