In the West it has been ever thus, marginalised and minority communities are held to a MUCH higher standard of behaviour than their white counterparts (and women held to a much higher standard of behaviour than men). People understand if they do not conform to those standards they are literally risking their lives. This is just situation normal right? In the 21st Century we still have a long way to go before any meaningful equality will apply across communities. But now they have taken it to the next level. Not only are they are not at risk of arrest, or death murder by cop, they are actively trying to spread a deathly virus that has a higher contagion and morbidity rate for those communities who are forever being held to that higher standard.
