It just occurred to me why Trump is dissolving the pandemic task force:

He's too chicken shit to fire Fauci. So dissolve the task force and Fauci's main job goes away.
Trump can then relegate Fauci to a kind of non-being with a titae but no real power.

It is yet again another tried and true Trump strategy.

So in one day, he's slammed Fauci and Birx (who weren't sufficiently anti-China for him, I guess), and now Pence.
Two people who are never responsible for any covid problem: Trump and his zombie-vampire son-in-law.
