who has asthma was able to return to work after they implemented the mask requirement. That is how it is supposed to work. The more cooperation the safer it will be and the sooner things can open up. Simple, but no, we have children throwing tantrums.

(8,020 posts)people with lots of room to avoid them if they were to meet. I was amazed at his dedication but was worried that wearing a mask like that may not be very healthy.

(7 posts)Wearing a mask while running actually can improve ones running performance and strengthen ones lungs. The standard face coverings suggested by the CDC will not change the oxygen saturation of the air entering your body, of course, so all perfectly healthy. It may take an effort to adjust to the slightly slower rate of air entry through a mask. I grew up near Canada and running in below 0 temps of winter sometimes mandated a face covering...in the first few runs of winter its a little annoying and then you get used to it.
