(14,856 posts)I think they get a kind of high out of being outraged and angry. In the long run, it's probably really bad for their blood pressure, but they sure do seem to enjoy it.

(3,579 posts)If you have the stomach for it, listen to various hosts and pay attention to the outro/bumper music and sound effects employed as their shows head to a commercial break. Many of them use a rising crescendo that indicates THIS SHOULD OUTRAGE YOU! Or, when a host has made some kind of argument that should torch the libs, there is a singular, ominous note in the outro that indicates finality, as if the host is saying, "HA! PWNED!"
I once heard some B-team Salem Media host use the Beatles' "A Day in the Life" for both propaganda effects.

Dear Leader must be under attack
Everything revolves around Dear Leader.
Dear Leader must be protected. If Dear Leader needs us to well defend him. However his wisdom tells him is the best way, we will do.

(82,849 posts)It seems the targets of these tirades are almost always women. You'd think that these he-man masters of the universe would take their grievances to the men in charge.

'Ok sir, you know what, I think I agree with the argument you make. Let's call the cops because I think I might need to be arrested for this egregious usurpation of your god given Rights.
So just sit tight while I make this call n you can discuss arrests with the police when they arrive.'

(47,419 posts)He does not have the right to do whatever he wants on private property. There are plenty of legal reasons why any proprietor can refuse him service. For instance, "No shirt, no shoes, no service" is not a violation of anyone's constitutional rights. Talk about whiny ass snowflakes.
