If both Trump and Pence come down with COVID, and happen to die within minutes of one another...Guess who becomes POTUS?

as Trump's VP nominee needs to be approved by a majority in BOTH the Senate and THE HOUSE, so he/she will never be approved.

Section 2. Whenever there is a vacancy in the office of the Vice President, the President shall nominate a Vice President who shall take office upon confirmation by a majority vote of both Houses of Congress.
