Flynn has been delivered.

With the dropped charges comes the Deal to not prosecute other crimes in exchange for a guilty plea.

Flynn would be more secure having obtained a pardon.

Unless Trump stays in office, Flynn may be in a lot of trouble.

Trump is at much less risk now to grant Flynn a full and absolute pardon just to ward away the possibility of any further jeopardy.
