As the female reporter was describing the murder of Ahmaud Arbery she actually said, "allegedly jogging".
I can't type what I called her repeatedly out loud.
It switched to the male reporter and he said, "Ahmaud Arbery was jogging".

(10,303 posts)Was it sprinting or walking then? Either way he was moving under his own steam and not interfering with anyone else. Or is that now "alleged"?

In the zip code of N. Jacksonville, the advertised official Covid-19 infection count is MUCH lower than that of the "Southside"
or any adjacent zip areas). Both are relatively populous, the northside generally more densely than Southside. Guess which is predominantly POC.
Guess which area one is more likely to observe joggers.

(13,498 posts)in local reporting for several years now they will say alleged when speaking of somebody charged with a crime. Ive never heard them say that of the victim though. I may get in trouble for saying this. Was the woman reporter white? If this is inappropriate for me to ask, I will delete my post.
