15. The funny thing is

President Obama, under powers granted to the POTUS by The Patriot Act, could have had Carter Paige, Roger Stone, probably Manaforte and likely other "detained" as enemy combatants helping Russia conduct cyber warfare against the United States. We know what the response from the right would have been. Imo, "everyone" thought Hillary would win by a landslide and figured there was no reason to cause that much grief in the country, so they let it all go.

I wonder if Obama will ever publicly state that he wishes he would have, at least, held the press conference w/o Ryan and McConnell and told the country what Russia was doing(And stated the reason why Ryan and McConnell refused to join him)?

What criminal statute do they think Barack Obama violated while conducting his duties as President of The United States? Same for Brennan, Clapper and Comey. These people were heads of departments which have legal duties to investigate matters. Any "violation" they could come up with would be department or inter-agency rules and guidelines, not criminal statutes. I've never understood what actual laws they think have been violated that charges could be filed against former agency heads.
