Yesterday's news, combined with today's news makes it clear. Stephen Miller's wife, who is VP Pence's spokesperson, has it. A Naval personal aide to the President has tested positive for it. Today, we hear that Ivanka's Personal Assistant has also tested positive. We've also seen news that 11 Secret Service personnel have tested positive. Whether they are part of Trump's security team doesn't matter. Others will become infected who are part of that team.
It's in the White House, now, and will almost certainly spread to others.
It's only a matter of time before principals in the White House become positive for the virus, including Trump, who eschews all personal protection measures. He shakes hands with people, stands too close to people, and generally ignores all safety precautions. He worries that taking precautions makes him look weak.
To Trump: You know what will make you look weak? Lying in a hospital bed while intubated and on a respirator.
Donald J. Trump cannot isolate himself. He is incompetent even to care for his own personal needs without assistance. He required attention from assistants and "servants."
The exceptional infectious nature of this virus, combined with the fact that nobody has any natural immunity to it, ensures that we will hear of more cases from inside the West Wing. I'd be willing to bet that Trump, himself, tests positive withing a week.
Sad. Disgraceful. But it won't be Fake News.
