The total disregard for the rule of law needs to be addressed and their needs to be a thorough investigation of the criminal activities known and unknown at this point.
Ordinarily, I would say this is a bad idea, but these are extraordinary times.

Personally, I just want him to be elected, to select a V.P. he wants to have beside him, and to do the best he can with the utter misery he's handed from the repugs. Close to the top should be, and certainly will be, selection of an honest Attorney General.

..Biden needs to be laser focused on the economyhomeless, workers, middle class and student debt and health care for all, restoring taxes on the richest and a Judge to replace Ginsberg who is holding on by a thread.
He needs to be perceived as daily leading our restoration to wholeness.
What you say is hugely important but is number 4 or 5 on a list of desperate issues.

(11 posts)Biden needs to continue to attack trump policies and behavior and put out his plans. He absolutely should not go down the road of politicizing trump's criminal behavior by promising prosecution. Once Biden is elected, the new attorney general (lots of great options out there including Preet Bahrara and Sally Yates) will need to handle this. Biden just needs to be sure to choose someone who will not shrink from the job. And unlike idiot45, Biden will need to stay away from commenting--let the professionals handle it all.
