The Republicans may be evil, but they are not all fools. They aren't spending a lot of time on this, preferring to let us do their dirty work for them for as long as we are willing to do so. I can't think of a sold reason. Even Fox Noise knows what a suit for libel or slander is, and they don't yet own enough judges to be guaranteed a favorable verdict if they go too far. They will laugh their asses off if MSNBC gets hit with a big settlement over this and they are not. This whole scam is Republican concocted, so they know better than we do how bogus it is.
