I just got my absentee ballot for NM-1

Presidential candidates still on the ballot:

Biden
Warren
Gabbard
Sanders
Patrick
Yang.

No Amy Klobuchar or Mayor Pete or Corey Booker or Kamala Harris or even Bloomberg. I know I left quite few off but I'm scratching my head wondering why some of those folks are on the list but not others.
