Suggestion: Health Care FSA's - extend the window for this year

Those of us who set aside money in a health care FSA may not be able to use it as planned, simply because the doctors and oral surgeons are deferring or refusing to do surgeries that can be deferred, due to epidemic.

Also, some people may want to save that money in case they have unplanned COVID expenses this year.

Lastly, people who lose their jobs may really need it.

It would be helpful to make some rule changes this year. Extend deadline for use it or lose it” at least until June 30, 2021 (instead of Dec 31, 2020) and let people take their contributions back if they haven’t used it and they lose their jobs.
