Trump would be delirious to end the payroll tax because that would be the beginning of the end of Social Security and Medicare et al. Trump would reserve his place as the lowest despot in history.

Making it weaker , and watch how long before he claims he has to redo SS, which he'll use to destroy it , like he still is trying to do to the ACA. He'll do the same thing with redoing the FBI, the US Post office, and schools, all to destroy them. trump and the GOP will soon be suggesting huge cuts to Medicaid , Medicare, and to SS , again. Not increasing the tax rates to the wealthy he gave them, and we're paying for.
