Re PI: I get a TON of SDTs for records in my office on a daily basis.
IMO, tho I did crim defense a VERY long time ago, the subpoenas were more directed to specifics because of Const issues -- esp re the Bill of Rights.
IMO, PI ones are more shot gun.

I am finding the discussion in SCOTUS re SDTs about Trump interesting. BS on the side of Trump, but interesting to watch the spin. IMO, the RWs will prevail.
