or king...also their relevance is at stake. If this is a nakedly political ruling, the court is finished.

They will find a reason to delay.

Then after the election if Trump wins, the conservatives will vote to keep everything secret.
If Biden becomes president they will quickly say the president has no immunity at all.

I'm not a lawyer, but I don't see any ambiguity in this law.

This should have been ruled on long ago.
