5. Seems to me that it is unlikely that the highest court of the land would give up it's power
to retain oversight on a criminal executive. Seems simple as that to me. After all they are there for life the executive. is there for eight years at best.
Also... though this might not factor into the court. This is the last speed bump in the road for Dotard. He wins here and he in home free for at least as long as he retains the shield of his office. That makes it probable that he will either use the pandemic to cancel the election or to outright steal it. |

7. We get the taxes
with a 7-2 vote. This really is the bottom line here, folks. I think that's why he was so discombobulated yesterday, he knew it was bad.
