Dear Bill Barr, you've argued that the president can do whatever he wants and cannot be investigated
Well then as president, Obama was well within his powers to investigate Trump and Flynn.
You can't have it both ways Mr. Barr.

2. I think Low-Barr meant that a REPUBLICAN president can do whatever he wants.
DEMOCRATIC presidents are held to a different standard.

3. Don't you know the expansion of presidential powers that Barr is pushing for for Trump
Will not apply to President Biden?
Come on. They've bought a Supreme Court just to be able to dictate that to the masses. |

4. An excellent point
Barr will argue, "that was then, this is now."

5. Did I miss anything?
Did Obama call for an investigation of Trump and Flynn? Or were the investigations part of a independent non-partisan agency, back when the Department of Justice, the FBI and the CIA were independent non-partisan agencies?

7. Obama didn't, but even if he did, even if we take Trump's absurd conspiracy theory
at face value, then Obama was well within his rights as president to investigate anyone he wants. A president is above scrutiny and being indicted.
If Trump's request that Ukraine investigate Biden was legal, so is Obama's supposed investigation of Flynn. |

8. Dont Forget About That Tarmac Meeting...
between President Clinton and AG Lynch. Not that there was anything nefarious about it in the first place. Now it's certainly beyond reproach.

. . .But if it shuts some folk's mouths for a few seconds while I can make my escape from their presence, then I'm using it.
