Judge Sullivan steps on the brakes of the DOJ in the Flynn case!
Wants to see further submissions and allows amicus curiae (friend of court) briefs before making a decision!

1. that's really the best we could hope for
the judge is not likely to go against the prosecutors, but shining a brighter light on this will be a big positive.

3. Hey, we have a honest judge,
Go get em, make the bastards show why Flynn should be freed. Friend-of- court brief sounds like he wants the prosecutor who quit the case to explain why. This could be as important as the SC hearing today.

9. OK lawyers,
since the prosecutor quit the case before the shit hit the fan will he be allowed to file a brief explaining why he quit?

here is a good chance to put it to Trump, file a amicus brief against Flynn.

And, yes, that would definitely piss of the trumpet.

12. That is nice and all.
By what means is this monster, killing thousands of Americans, stopped.
I hope November 3rd does the trick. What remedy do we have if that does not work? Unthinkable? Yes. I would like a plan B, a plan C, and a plan D. |

"an amicus brief should normally be allowed when a party is not being represented competently"

Trump can't pardon while it's still in litigation, and Biden's AG can pick it up from there.
