With a compliant Senate and Courts, they may be right. You can bet that if McConnell sees lots of republican Senate seats being lost, he will be right behind Trump in trying to prevent an election, a compliant conservative majority on the SC may weasel up a reason to say that is ok.

He was asked a question, and gave the boilerplate non-answer cruds like him have stored in their ass to pull out at a moment's notice.

Why was he asked that question in the first place? It's not his call. The article even points this out before the paywall shuts you out!

So they'll depress turnout as much as possible by blocking absentee and mail in voting, making sure polling places in blue areas are few and crowded. Have a no mask rule or some BS over voter ID fraud. No voting if you're black, brown, college-aged, or an unmarried white female.

people that want this president gone will do any and everything to vote. frankly it matters not if they allow mail in or not. people will want to vote if it's the last thing they do while alive even if it means standing in line for 48hrs in a diaper. the pandemic won't stop anything.

and refusing to bail them out financially. He freaked out when California went to total mail-in vote.

I think Biden will have the votes in November, but Trump will discredit all mail in votes as invalid and refuse to recognize the results of the election if he doesn't have the votes. But I also expect a lot of polling places will experience interference of one kind or another so that Trump might appear to have won.

If Biden has the votes, Trump will have to be physically removed from office.

I am expecting some serious sociall unrest following the results in November.

But we all well know how they feel about "so-called rules". They are nothing more than mere suggestions, to be tweaked, adjusted, reinterpreted or outright ignored. We now have government by whim.

Unless they want an actual "suggestion" to actually BE a rule. THAT is completely different. (HINT: the little item written by someone in a memo that there are some who feel the president can't be prosecuted for anything...). PRESTO, it is now written in stone that not only can the president can NOT be prosecuted, HE can't even be investigated. (And you know they will change their tune in a New York minute when the president is a Democrat. Their faux outrage will be visceral.)

And the entire republican party was complicit in this outrage. Otherwise they might have to admit that THEIR treasonous traitor, with the help of our worst enemy, Vladimir Putin, is intent on completely destroying the very foundations of this government. They are actually enthusiastic accomplices in this travesty.

Rules are MADE to be broken, by this maladministration.

We all know they are going to try to delay, if not outright cancel, the election. Because, if there IS an election and everyone who WANTS to vote, actually CAN vote, and the votes are actually counted accurately, the turd will lose in a blue tsunami like no one has ever seen before. And the turd knows that once he is out of office, and IF (yes, I know, a REALLY BIG if) the democrats actually decide to hold the guilty accountable, HIS ASS is done for.

The minute they try to pull this shit EVERYONE needs to come out swinging.

When asked if he would commit to holding the election on November 3rd.

Take it for what it is...I hate that I have to clarify context for this psycho, but there it is.

There are so many instances to use that show them for what they are using their own words without having to make stuff up.

Maybe I am wrong, won't be the first time...my apologies in advance.

Watch the exchange for yourself, you decide.

I really wish the media would do better job of presenting context. It almost makes me think they are purposefully trying to exacerbate the madness.

Stay well.
