Trump to tie Joe Biden to a scandal. With this completely fabricated one, the Trump campaign can make Biden "black by proxy" in order to play into Trurmp's strong suit and stir racial animus against the former VP.

Dropping the case against Flynn is a well- timed ugly deception.

They know damn well that dropping the charges against Flynn does not prove Flynn was innocent to what he admitted to. They also know that this action does not prove the investigation into Russian interference was handled illegally or with bias from the FBI. However, they want their base to think it does prove these things.

It worked when Barr misrepresented the Mueller Report because they know the average Trump supporter won't be smart enough, or interested enough to seek out the truth. Barr is once again setting up the false narrative that Trump is exonerated.
