To campaign stops (which can’t happen right now), to Washington? (He’s not a member of Congress).

What, in other words, are you implying?

... to talk about how he can help them in their predicament and what he's going to do for their states and get their feedback. He should be meeting with Gretchen Whitmer, Tony Evers, etc. It would make the local news and show he's committed to people in those states. He's going to slide if he continues just sitting at home and tweeting or doing interviews on CNN/MSNBC while President Assface holds his daily press conferences (sic) and his stupid supporters continue to protest at the local level. As sickening as it is, it has a normalizing effect and it's too much free publicity. His campaign needs to figure a way to safely counter it.

EDIT:
I saw someone else suggest daily sit-downs (assuming that's via Zoom or whatnot) with small business owners. I think this is a great idea - invite the local news. He should be reaching out locally as much as possible. I don't trust that Dump and his enablers won't cheat in the election, so Biden needs to win big - to the point no one can even question the validity of it.

He can do it virtually, and I’m sure he has been doing so. Additionally, he’s been holding numerous virtual town halls with guest speakers from all arenas : economic, medical, business, etc., and questions from citizens.

You should watch some of them. I don’t think we need to be armchair advisers. It would be good if we could be active citizens.

So bizarre how people think the White House has some kind of magical power.

Needless to say, LBJ did not move into the White House when he became president, and there is no actual requirement to do so.
