9. I would think that some enterprising left leaning sympathetic hackers

could have the data saved and instantly, once the bill becomes law, release all the browsing histories of all republican politicians, their wives, their children, their parents, for a start.

I would include ALL republicans, whether they voted for it or not. They ALL helped get us to this point.

Hell, you never know who's name could pop up and be offered up as a sacrifice.
