1. Here is what I think

Lets assume for a moment that the Right is correct and that the government has no Constitutional grounds to attempt to protect the people during a national healthcare crisis.

What does that mean for laws like the seat belt laws, prohibition of excessive speed or even driving while intoxicated? What does that mean for building or fire codes? Is the government violating my rights by requiring me to have a fire extinguisher in my business? How could the government justify placing food inspectors in my processing plant? Why should the government be able to prevent me from making meth in my basement? OSHA would have no authority to require me to wear a hard hat on a construction job.

The list is very long and the argument is very weak, except in the courts in Mi.

Does Mr. "my freedom is worth more than your life" feel the same way about hand washing and sanitation in restaurants? Food servers take note, hand washing is now optional when serving food to these assholes.
