Moncef Slaoui is listed as a "venture capitalist" not a doctor.
They are dramatically overexaggerating his accomplishments at GSK, he was an incredible flop that cost GSK millions with no real results:

The blockbuster drug candidates ultimately failed, though GSK has had some big successes in HIV and vaccines. That last sentence is key. He was likely asked to leave GSK on mutual terms so they could revamp their R&D to actually produce some results.

He is a vaccine maker that's never actually made a vaccine.
