That's just a new version of a now old ball of bull.

It wont' go away from what I see. In fact, I would guesstimate that we are looking at something like about eighteen months or more before we see it in the rear view mirror, even with a vaccine, and again, that's also thanks to looking the other way and not preempting the crisis, for whatever reason. It really might have been shorter if the actual playbook had been followed early on.

For now, I look at the Spanish Flu cycle and consider the waves and responses as a reference, at least.

The superficial way this is handled hurts. A vaccine will take time, especially if it is going to be safe and not a rushed, trumpian toxin of some sort. Gearing up for the doses and distributing it is another issue that will determine how long the process will take.

Meanwhile, blah, blah, blah. Let me say this about that.
