Five minutes in and this graduation has me in tears.

This 2020 graduation is going to be one for the ages. They worked for years to get here and they are going to celebrate it with pride and joy.

These young adults are our future.

Sing it out loud.

These kids WILL, for sure. However unique and not what they expected, it will be a moment in time that will mark their lives and in that, they are special.

I remember it only because it was really hot and I wanted it to be over, and because I was so glad to be done with high school - I hated it so much. But I have absolutely no recollection of who the speakers were or what they said.

HS graduation for me marked the point where kids that I had known since first grade would go their way as I went mine, the bitter-sweetness of that moment is what I remember most.

no tv, so had to find it on line

I agree with some above, this will end up WAY more memorable than a typical senior year/graduation.

god I miss Obama, shit any halfway normal human, even.

Short and sweet.

Spanky could have done a graduation speech. Melanoma could have done a virtual prom as Michelle is doing. However they "Don't Really Care".

We know a President and a First Lady that were #1 in caring for America. The 45's are nothing more than zeros.

They will never have a real senior year. At least these kids got to experience over half of "their" year. They got to go to football games, homecoming, participate in senior activities and show what they could do on predictable standardized tests. Kids who are now juniors will have none of that, and by the time they graduate, they won't be seen as special or deserving of a tribute like this.

The current sophomores will hopefully salvage some of their 'normal' school life by the time they get to be seniors.
