I used to see quite a number of mobil people with supplemental oxygen when out
tanks or concentraters, cannula in place but now I never see them, they must be terrified, is there a way to assist them?

1. Wear a mask when out. Stay home.

2. My husband uses oxygen for his comprised lungs and he simply stays home.
I do also, for the most part so as not to endanger him. His dr appts are now by telemedicine. He does have to go to the lab for bloodwork. It’s a shame his/our last months or years have to be so limited and scary.

6. Thanks MiniMe.
Our son just stopped by. He wanted to go to Lowe’s but drove away when he saw people lined up to the parking lot, many without masks. People here have decided the change to yellow means do what you want. It’s become even scarier than before.
Good luck with your trips for bloodwork. Stay safe. |

4. I'm on supplemental oxygen
Prescribed for when I exercise, walk long distances or when I'm sleeping. I don't need it when out running errands, unless I'm on the mend from another bout of pneumonia or bronchitis.
The only structure I've been in since mid-March is my own home. I have left the house two to three times a week but only to ride in the car for a short bit so I don't go stir crazy. |
