First they said Obama did not leave a plan, so after 3 years in office, they had no idea what to do in January.

However, there was no plan when Ebola hit. Obama mobilized all relevant parts of his government and created an office in the WH to lead a coordinated fight. Then they wrote up that plan from what they learned.

Trump not only had that plan, he fired that WH office and cut organizations like the CDC. In addition to the plan he had that EXAMPLE.

I have an appropriate degree, I lived in D.C. once, but long before this shit.

We left about a year before that D.C. Sniper shit went down, contract job took us there and took us away, forget a lot of details, but remember not going to the Smithsonian as much as I thought I would if I ever lived there.
