Just like they put blackout curtains up and didn't even turn on a flashlight to heat up a baby bottle during WW II (my mother)
Just like they gave blood and collected metal and went to work.
Just like they served when their country called or supported those who have.
Just like they stood up to Jim Crow.
Just like they fight to make all the votes count, and the neighbors have enough to eat, and clean water... and medical care.
Just like defending our Constitution against domestic threats.
Just like they honor the sacrifices made by so many and educate themselves and respectfully participate in governing.
Basic civic responsibilities that true patriots will gladly engage in.
