Obama and Biden will never be seriously threatened by investigation, subpoena, etc.

One to damage Biden with fake outrage as we head into the election.

Two, to set a precedent that Presidents should not investigate or indict there predecessors.

So when Trump leaves office, we will be reminded ad nauseum about how Trump graciously decided not to pursue Obama despite all the despicable things he supposedly did. Of course, that is supposed to mean that Trump should remain untouched

It has already moved to phase 2 where Barr is throwing cold water on it to make sure the serious people in Washington realize that this is only a Social Media outrage and not a real one.

6. Part of me is hoping for this

All the dirt on Flynn, going way back before the phone calls with the Russian Ambassador, will come screaming out into the light of day. A lot of skeletons will tumble out of the closet.
