Doesn't he own shares in Hydroxychloroquine? It wouldn't surprise me at all if he just made this one up off the cuff and now he has to go with it. He does that a lot. He just lies for no reason and then he is stuck in the lie until someone with some actual brains can figure out how to get him out of it with minimal loss of face.

If it did I could see him taking it, even snorting it. Though some of the side effects shown are a little like a stimulant not very much. Many of those side effects could be for any prescription.
