like one and said I didn't like it.

I like all the stuff he has proposed here lately, including so many other Democrats. I am not thrilled with a play he did with Sanders last week.

Biden is getting an A- with me. But I do not like what this feels like with professional women being considered for a very real and serious position. I have never seen Democrats do this with the Democratic VP pick in the past.

All to gauge public acceptance of the choices. It was a reasonably effective approach, considering Carter himself wasn't a well-known quantity nationally. The result was Walter Mondale, one of the best VPs in history.

This is SOP, and not Biden "looking" at a "roomful" of women.

Zero chance McTurtle and the Rethugs would even give Rice a hearing (Benghazi bullshit.) Biden would have to do a recess appointment, and McTurtle will never let the Senate go into full recess either.

background. In my opinion Biden's VP choice will have to be a congresswoman, senator or a governor, someone who has won elections for both state and federal positions.

Susan Rice would be an excellent, though controversial, choice for SoS. Her confirmation would be difficult, given her history in the Obama administration. Biden could appoint her as NSA; National Security Advisor is appointed by the president and does not require confirmation by the Senate.

For what it's worth, my prediction for VP would be Michelle Lujan Grisham, the current New Mexico governor and a former US congresswoman. She's also of hispanic ancestry, a 12th generation native New Mexican. Sanders has stronger support among hispanics than Biden, Lujan Grisham could help Biden win in Arizona, Florida and Nevada, and could even flip Texas.

Trump's lax responce to the COVID outbreak? I know we are at 90,000 but canada closed down earlier in the curve than Trump and we have 1/3 to half the cases you have so i am estimating generously in Trump's favor when i say 30 thousand. Right now. Do you really think Benghazi will fly? Ambassador Christopher Stevens and his crew knew they were taking on a risky assignment. Hillary was not directly responsible for the actions taken that night and Susan Rice wasn't involved in coming up with the talking points she said the next day or so while still in the fog of war. A pandemic was clearly coming since february.

Why hand them an issue to attack. There are other choices than Rice who don’t have that baggage.
