Can he do this? Was he going to veto the bill unless the Postal Service was not included?

3. You wouldn't think so on PO. I thought if anything law, regulation, etc. can't be overturned with

majority votes. Maybe it wasn't, but what administration actually took steps to de-fund the PO? It's one thing to talk about it, but to actually *do* it? I do think this is MIHOP rather than LIHOP.
