I don't understand: It was Congress that passed the stimulus bill

But Trump wants to withhold funds from the Postal Service until it charges archenemy Bezos' Amazon higher prices.

Can he do this? Was he going to veto the bill unless the Postal Service was not included?

majority votes. Maybe it wasn't, but what administration actually took steps to de-fund the PO? It's one thing to talk about it, but to actually *do* it? I do think this is MIHOP rather than LIHOP.

Every time someone mocks him or derides his decisions -- to paraphrase the song: "Oops there goes another National Park; oops there goes the Post Office."
