Salons and barbershops in MA

Will be open in MA starting next Monday thanks to our Republican governor. Ok. He is not as bad as other republicans, but none the less.... you get the point.

I am totally against this. First off there is no way to distance six feet. Hair stylists and barbers have such close contact with the public it is akin to a doctor or nurse.

Sending them out in first phase reopening with no PPE, you can’t find N95 masks, is putting them at extreme risk.

I wonder who thinks this shit up. It’s all about the money, to hell with peoples lives.

Listen a hair cut, color is not essential.

Retail has to be curbside, but salons and barbershops can get within inches and touch people?

I am infuriated. I have two close relatives who own such businesses.

This is just fucking crazy. And the idiot also opened up the churches. The church lobby needing to fill collection plates must really be applying the pressure. Politics over safety.

I know we have to re open some. But can it be done in an intelligent way?
