1. Yes, assuming Trump doesn't win his latest fight, cutting funding to states who send out absentee

ballots. He has, just this morning, threatened both Michigan and Arizona for sending out absentee ballots (it was applications for absentee ballots in at least Michigan's case). He was threatening to cut funding to them for that.

Absentee ballots are not illegal voting, but he doesn't seem to think so.

I plan to vote though.

You can't make it any easier to vote than they do here, they send you a ballot, give you a couple of weeks to study it and do any research you may need and include a postage paid return envelope. So here in Douglas county 50,000 voters out of 80 thousand didn't bother 39%

This may change some but probably not a lot
