He's the one that got bush elected, twice, by phony elections. He tried to do the same for Mitt Romney, but thankfully Anonymous stepped in and shut down Rove's attempts on behalf of Romney.

Rove is the way they plan to hack the central tabulators and give trump the election. Someone is paying good money for Rove right now.
