The brevity of the President's address today: loathing? dementia? illness?

What happened? The field was his on this one. He could run the table, go after the satanists (Democrats) who hate God (religious freedom). Why did he not use his stance to run up the score?

He looked damned mad. Maybe he was grudgingly following his "handlers" advice to keep mum.

Maybe he just too frustrated and/or mad to trust himself to talk. (But when has that ever stopped him in the past?)

Maybe he's getting a sore throat and doesn't want to show it (so 20 mins. prep with syrup &c before)? Hmmm . . .

You could tell he was just barely keeping his rage contained. He looked like he was ready to pop.
