Crimes that come to light should be investigated by non-partisan employees and if there is evidence of them they should be handled the normal way. Either filing charges or taking it to a grand jury.

To answer your question. Biden should have orders prepared to sign immediately reversing all of trumps executive orders. He won’t need to fire any cabinet officials. They will leave with trump.
