and the press accepts it as normal. Twitter posters condemned Twitler’s remarks, but I don’t really know how national television news reported it because I only occasionally watch local news and the stations here always normalize anything Trumpass says. It’s disgusting and demoralizing.

As Democrats we generally have a higher standard for our candidates and so does the press. Our candidate will always get slammed for any “misspoken” event; unfortunately Biden is the poster child for these events

That sounds like RWNJs pointing to a US map and saying how much red is there. Stupid, because we can say big blotches of red that don't add up to just California in numbers of people.
The "few states" to which you refer have massive populations and the majority of them wanted Biden.

The few states were more than that, but why do you condemn my gaffe and not our Party standarbearer’s potentially fatal, and in this case, racially tinged remark?

I see politicians, including those from our own party, as the flawed humans that they are; they are subject to praise and criticism where it is warranted. You appear to worship Biden as a god who cannot be criticized, and you believe that hellfire should rain down upon anyone who does not worship him as well.
