Remember Preznit Plump's warning about government statistics?
Here's an exact quote.
It was a total lie then, but amazingly on point now:
Trump repeatedly claimed during the campaign that the federal government was understating the real unemployment rate.
"Don't believe these phony numbers," Trump told supporters early last year. "The number is probably 28, 29, as high as 35 [percent]. In fact, I even heard recently 42 percent."
So, I believe that by late October, the Plump administration will be releasing statistics showing that unemployment is around 1.9%, along with CDC statistics stating that there were only 3 deaths related to Covid-19 since September.
And his leg-humpers will be blasting those numbers all over cable news and the internet, even as they trip over the bodies lying in the streets on their way to the unemployment office to beg for an extension.
