In fact the whole tweet is ambiguous. Much very good information for what? Schools have information? Opening up provides information?
What is he exactly saying?
"A lot of very good information now available."
Suddenly it's much better.
"Much" =/= "very"
It's a quantifier.
All we see is non-cooperation and ill-will in pragmatics. If it can be taken wrong, it must be taken wrong--otherwise where's the show of being critical?
