19. It's indeed really weird

As others have already said here and in other threads, some see signs of dementia. This stance to counter falling over is apparently one of the indicators.
The whole video seems to be full of involuntary movement. For instance, pay attention starting from 2:15 with weird movements of the arms and the head in addition to his problems of simply finding balance.
He's not well and all I'll say is sometimes there is a thing called karma.
