Here's what REALLY pisses me off about Trumpy's golf outings;

WHERE he plays and the associated expense.

Frankly I'm fine with him spending more time playing golf. That way he isn't being recorded saying stupid shit, making the United States look even dumber. Also, the more time he spends on the golf course, the less chance he has to actually fuck something up.

It's like ...where would you rather have a curious (edit: OK, Trumpy is ANYTHING but curious. The least inquisitive president in history), mischievous toddler? In a play pen he can't get out of, or wandering around the kitchen unsupervised?

No, let the fucking asshole play golf.

What pisses me off is WHERE he insists on playing.

At golf courses he "owns". Now If I were him, just before I shot myself for being an insufferable asshole, I would probably play golf at my own courses as well, but it's the expense that I find annoying, and downright offensive.

He charges his own Secret Service detail inflated prices for golf cart rentals so they can ride around and do their job. He has to fly a 747 to all but one of the courses he plays at (I'm presuming he doesn't take Marine One to the one in Virginia, which is a half hour drive away and right at 20 air miles from the White House) which also means at least one more aircraft for the Secret Service vehicles and personnel and maybe a second to carry a helicopter, so the expense of moving that orange shitwhistle from DC to Bedminster or West Palm is fucking enormous.

This morning he apparently went on another twitter tirade about people giving him shit for being a useless, tone deaf piece of shit, again invoking Obama's golfing and how no one ever cuts poor Trumpy a break about it. (boo hoo! )

The thing is, the overwhelming number of rounds Obama played took place ON MILITARY COURSES!! He played at Joint Base Andrews often, which is 11 miles away from the south lawn, and requires one tenth of the security precautions and preparations!

I get that the man likes golf. Fine. It's a game with a shrinking demographic but still a perfect venue for money laundering. I understand the appeal to him. But not every round should have to cost the taxpayers five million fucking dollars!


Equating his golfing to Mr. Obama's is like using an aircraft carrier to go water skiing. Sure it can do the job, but it's overkill to the Nth degree.

You can see the majority of rounds were at Andrews. He also played at Fort Belvoir, which is also a military reservation near Newington, VA. He played several other courses in the DC Metro area as well, but most of the rounds were at JBA.

Searching that list for "Congressional" comes up with one entry - July 26th, 2014. Of course, I have no way of knowing if that list is accurate, but I think the major point is made.

And you're absolutely spot on correct about his "Fiefdom", no doubt. It is absolutely graft and a huge con, just like his hotel where people stay in order to curry favor with him. The money goes straight into his pocket.

Trumpy (And I intentionally spell it that way almost every single time, because the man is clearly a joke) "plays the part" of president. It is all a reality show to him and he is reported that early on, he told staff as much. He was and continues to be no student of history and has no true grasp of what the position entails. Or certainly didn't when he took office. Maybe by now he has an inkling, but he still thinks "I can handle this" even though it's clear he is out of his depth.

I agree. Obama played golf to get away from the stress. Trumpy plays golf because he is a rich (or so he wants everyone to believe) golfer who fell ass backwards into the presidency, and being in the White House is an annoyance and a distraction.

No fluidity, no turn, every part of the body is moving at once, but some contrary to others.
His putting stroke looks like he's trying to kill a bug on the ball. There was a video of him missing an 8 foot putt.
He left it a foot short & 3 feet left. That's an accuracy value of 55%. A DECENT club player is in the high 70s.
He couldn't shoot 72 on a putt putt course.
If this guy is a 4 handicap, the PGA tour is nervous about me showing up.

Sure, his golf playing is old news, but this is the first time in a while he dragged out the reference to Obama.
