I’m guessing you don’t recall REPUBLICAN North Carolina Senator, Tom Tillis, arguing exactly that in 2003, saying mandatory hand washing by employees in the food industry after they finish their toiletries, was proof that America is “one of the most regulated nations in the history of the planet.”
