Good news: Amy Cooper surrenders her dog.

Got some good news for you-- she surrendered the dog earlier tonight.

Thank you to the concerned public for reaching out to us about a video involving a dog that was adopted from our rescue a few years ago. As of this evening, the owner has voluntarily surrendered the dog in question to our rescue while this matter is being addressed. 1/2

Our mission remains the health and safety of our rescued dogs. The dog is now in our rescue’s care and he is safe and in good health. We will not be responding to any further inquiries about the situation, either publicly or privately. TY for your understanding. 2/2

It was the only thing I cared about when I saw that video. The guy taking the video should have told her she was choking the dog.

3. To be fair, she should've known better and she probably wouldn't have listened to him anyway,

seeing how she was trying to destroy his life and all. Now she has no social media, no reputation, no job, and no Henry.

She shouldn’t have a pet, and I hope she doesn’t have any children.

I’m not blaming the person taking the video. Maybe he wasn’t as calm as he sounded. She was screaming at the top of her lungs and the way she held the dog by the collar maybe made him think she would get the dog to attack him. It was all very emotionally charged.

I like your sign!

7. She strangled that dog for a full minute. He was really struggling at the end.

She wasn't concerned about the dog at all--seemed to forget it was on the other end of the leash. Her entire focus was on getting the guy in trouble with law enforcement. She has some screws loose.

The way she yanked him around was heartbreaking. I hope the dog is doing well and isn’t too stressed.
