Twitter statement on Lori Klausutis continued: "...We've been working to expand existing product features and policies so we can more effectively address things like this going forward, and we hope to have those changes in place shortly." 2/
The statement from Twitter came shortly after it was revealed that Klausutiss widower, Timothy, pleaded with Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey in a letter sent last week to remove Trumps tweets from the social media platform. You can read the letter here: 3/

I do not go on twitter. Does that mean anyone can say anything they want about me? Accuse me of crimes? Or totally lie about a family members death?
